SajuPath Privacy Notice

1. Controller. OUTDAYS (Republic of Korea), represented by Inseop Kim. Contact: outdays74@gmail.com.
2. What we collect and why.
- Daily reading (free): birth date, birth time, gender — stored only in your browser, never sent to our servers.
- Email sign-up: your email address and a record of your consent — to send your preview and report emails (legal basis: consent).
- Report order: your name, birth date and time, birth city, gender, email address, and the theme and optional note you choose — to create, deliver and re-send your report and answer your questions (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Child reports: your child's name and birth details, provided by you as parent or legal guardian (legal basis: contract, with your consent as guardian).
- Order records: order number, amount, payment status, and the times your email was sent and your report was opened — to handle refunds and disputes and to meet legal record-keeping duties (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
- News and offers (optional): only if you tick the box. You can unsubscribe in any email.
- Technical logs: IP address and browser data kept by our hosting provider for security (legal basis: legitimate interests).
Please do not include health information or other people's personal details in the optional note.
3. Payment. Our reseller, Dodo Payments or Gumroad, collects your payment details directly as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details.
4. Who processes data for us. Vercel Inc. (hosting and visit statistics, USA); Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend; email delivery, USA); Supabase Pte. Ltd. (database, Singapore; data stored in its Seoul, South Korea region).
5. International transfers. We are based in Korea, and our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it. Birth details, notes and report content: for as long as your report link is active (30 days from purchase). Unpaid orders: your order record and the details you entered, including your name and email, are deleted one day after you place the order. Order and payment records: 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law. Orders where the payment provider confirmed payment but the amount or currency did not match the order, and so need review: the order record, including your name and email, is kept for 5 years to handle refunds and disputes. Email-only sign-ups: deleted one year after our last email, or as soon as you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time, by emailing outdays74@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children. SajuPath is not directed to children. Children's reports are requested by a parent or legal guardian; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
9. Automated readings. Reports are generated automatically from your birth details using fixed rules. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
10. Browser storage and Do Not Track. We store your entries in your browser so you don't have to retype them; clearing your site data removes them. For visit statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.). It does not use cookies and collects only statistics such as the pages visited, referrer, country and device type. It does not collect anything that identifies you, and the value that tells visitors apart is discarded after one day. To avoid it, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
11. Security. We use HTTPS, unguessable report links, and limited access. Report emails never include your birth details in the message body.
12. Changes. We will post any update on this page with a new effective date.
